Lily, a vibrant 4-year-old, had been battling eczema since infancy. Her mother had tried conventional methods, including topical steroids, for a couple of years, but found them to be just a "band-aid" solution. Persistent itchiness and frequent flares left Lily uncomfortable and her mother frustrated with the lack of lasting results.
Our comprehensive evaluation revealed that Lily's eczema was the result of systemic inflammation, primarily driven by a condition known as "leaky gut." Her results showed high levels of several harmful pathogens, including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Candida, and Helicobacter pylori. She also tested positive for dairy and gluten sensitivity.
A Holistic Treatment Plan
To address Lily's eczema, we implemented a tailored treatment plan focusing on restoring her gut health and regulating her immune system.
